Railway Law in Austria

The Railways Act governs the granting of concessions for main and branch lines, as well as the approvals required for private sidings and railway infrastructure.

What we do: We advise and represent clients in obtaining approvals for new or expanded railway lines and in procedures concerning the closure of existing railway facilities.
